Who We Are

Founded in 2007, Laughing Dog Walks n’ Sits is an established dog walking and pet sitting service provider for Winston-Salem, Pfafftown, Bethania, Tobaccoville, Rural Hall and King. We specialize in at-home pet care solutions for pet parents like you.

As your pet care partner, we will work with you to develop a customized and detailed pet care plan that fits your pet’s needs. With your pet care plan in place, you can relax and enjoy your work day or travels guilt-free. Just like it takes a village to raise a child, it takes a pack to care for a pet. With Laughing Dog Walks n’ Sits, you’ll have a team of thoughtful and caring professionals who will be there for your pets when you can’t be.

My Story

Twenty years ago I hired a dog walker to walk my dog while I commuted to a corporate marketing job 50 miles away. When I returned home late at night, I would find fun notes and pictures from my dog’s day, and, to be honest, I was a little jealous! It looked like my dog and her dog walker were having a much better time than I was. Over the next few years, I dreamed of owning my own pet care business, and I started to pet sit part-time for friends and acquaintances. Finally, in 2007, I threw my life to the dogs once and for all, and a wonderful journey began!

Feeding animals feeds my soul. Making them happy gives me joy. The meaningful connections I’ve made with hundreds of pet parents and thousands of pets over the years has been an enormous gift for which I am very grateful. When I tell you that it’s my great pleasure to look after your pets and home, I really mean it.
